The dust-free feeding station is divided into manual feeding and mechanical hand feeding. After the bags are broken by manual or mechanical hand, the materials are poured into the bag-opening equipment in the unloading station. According to the process requirements, it can be combined with a vibrating hopper or a stirring hopper for discharging, and is used for the unloading operation of small bags of powdery materials.
The workflow of the dust-free feeding station
The material bag is placed on the bracket manually or by a mechanical hand and pushed into the grid. Next, make a cut in the material bag and tilt and shake the bag to empty it. The material will fall into the hopper by gravity and can be connected to the conveying unit equipment through the conveying pipe at the bottom to transfer the material
The effective output is to the designated position. The built-in induced draft dust collection filter can collect the dust produced during the bag emptying process. Its filter is cleaned by reverse compression air jet, and the cleared dust falls back into the hopper, enabling continuous feeding without interruption.
