The SPRS-50K2 electronic quantitative packaging scale is suitable for the quantitative packaging of granular materials. It is composed of a mechanical device and a microcomputer intelligent control system, with a compact structure and easy installation. The mechanical device consists of a belt feeding mechanism, a turntable feeding mechanism, a weighing mechanism, a bag clamping mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a bag sewing mechanism. The control system is composed of a Chinese touch screen and a microcomputer controller. It features Chinese touch operation, which is simple, intuitive and stable. In addition to manual bagging, this equipment adopts automatic control for fast feeding, medium feeding, fine feeding, quantitative weighing, bag clamping and bag loosening. The control parameters such as fast, medium and slow feeding can be set and displayed on the touch screen. It has both manual and automatic working modes, featuring fast weighing speed, good stability and convenient operation.
